Anthony L. Crisci is the principal partner in the firm that also includes David E. Hess, Director of Policy and Communications and former Secretary, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Ron Raymond, Government Affairs Manager and former member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Lauren L. Barr, Government Relations Manager, and John V. Kulik, Government Affairs Consultant.

Anthony L. Crisci – has had a practice completely devoted to government relations representing businesses and trade associations. He is the managing partner in the firm.
He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Capital Law School. Tony previously was a partner in Holston & Crisci and Lench & Crisci, P.C.
David E. Hess – is the former Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and has served in state government for over 30 years holding positions in the Pennsylvania Senate and the former Department of Environmental Resources. He is now Director of Policy and Communications with Crisci Associates.
During his tenure as Secretary and a senior manager at DEP, the agency won more national and international awards for innovation that any other state agency in the country. The awards involved innovations in communications and public involvement, restoring brownfield industrial sites, using the Internet and information technology in unique ways, and watershed and water resource protection.
He also helped guide the successful rescue of nine miners trapped in the Quecreek Mine in Somerset, Pennsylvania in 2002 and the environmental response to the crash of Flight 93 on September 11, 2001.
Ron Raymond a 33-year veteran of local and state government is Governmental Affairs Manager at the firm. Ron represented the 162nd district in Delaware County in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for 24 years. During that time he served as Republican Chairman of the Liquor Control Committee and played a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of state agencies as Secretary of the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee.
Donald L. Smith has over six years of experience in government affairs and association work. He served as the Government Relations Manager for the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association for over four years and as the Government Relations Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Dental Association for over two years.
